Somers Animal Hospital in Westchester County, New York is a long established, AAHA accredited, 4 doctor, privately owned practice.

We have developed a wonderful team culture based on developing trusting long-term relationships with our staff, clients, and patients. We treat many complex medical and surgical cases and have developed very close and trusted relationships with additional local specialists and emergency hospitals.

Our practice is equipped with in-house laboratory, digital radiography and intra-oral dental radiography, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound. We have a physical rehabilitation department which includes two Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioners, acupuncture, UWTM, Class IV laser, electric stimulation, PEMFT, and regenerative medicine. We have highly skilled and extensively trained technicians and assistants.

Candidates ideally have high quality experience in internal medicine, general soft tissue surgery and oral/dental surgery. Supportive mentoring is our standard.

Competitive compensation package including sign-on bonus commensurate with experience. Position is for 3-4 days a week and 1-2 Saturdays a month.
