Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Center in Palmer, Alaska is one of the largest, PRIVATELY-OWNED veterinary hospitals in the Pacific Northwest. Tier 1 VMC is proud to provide access to our Gold Standard Medicine to over 700,000 people and their small animals/exotics/pocket pets, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! As a Fear-Free animal hospital, we want to ensure our patients have access to complete care under one roof. Our veterinary hospital is a 20,000 square-foot facility that offers multiple modalities and emergency care. Expansive OR with innovative technology, heated surgical tables, premium lighting with video recording, in-house CT, in-house Ultrasound, in-house lab…and the list goes on! Our facility includes designated surgical-operating rooms for Orthopedics, Specialists, General and Endodontics. Tier 1 VMC is the only hospital in the state of Alaska with a full-time Oncology Department. Our Emergency Hospital, located within the General Practice wing, means a constant source of referrals for our Specialists.
