McLean Animal Hospital is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team!
Our busy and growing small animal practice in McLean, Virginia is seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team! Candidates must be skilled in: IV catheter placement, venipuncture, animal care as well as intubation for anesthetic procedures, anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance. Our hospital has a large caseload of dental procedures, so applicants must be proficient in scaling and polishing of teeth, digital dental radiography, and digital radiography.
We strive to provide a positive work-life balance for our employees. This includes fair and balanced scheduling for all our LVT's as well as significant time off and limited rotated weekend scheduling. Our hospital hours are 7 am - 8 pm M - F. 8 am - 4 pm Saturday. Our hospital is open only to our clients for emergencies on Sundays from 8 am - 1 pm.
